Mental Health Month
Since founding Mental Health Month in 1949, each May, Mental Health America has led the charge to promote mental wellness during Mental Health Month.
We are thrilled to share Mental Health America’s 2025 theme: “Turn Awareness into Action.” This theme celebrates the progress we’ve made in recognizing the importance of mental health – and challenges us to turn understanding into meaningful steps toward change.
Whether it’s through advocacy, education, community engagement, or direct action in our own lives, “Turn Awareness to Action” reflects our commitment to creating a world where mental health is prioritized for all.
