My mental health and wellness have become the parts of me in my life I have realized I need to nurture most.  


Our exposure to the trauma and absorption of the trauma can eventually leave an indelible scar and lesions on our soul.


Routines have a bad reputation of being dull, boring ruts we fall into overtime. But a lot of routines can actually be really helpful for maintaining both our physical and mental wellbeing.

The mental health of our country – before, during and after this pandemic subsides – is in desperate need of attention.


There is a workforce shortage in mental health, and these terrible policies are part of the reason why.


We truly do need one another. We truly do understand one another.
